Vacunet
Manual vacuum forming machine with easy operation. Vacunet is ideal for prototypes, small productions, blister packing, clam-shells and small boxes.
General Features
- The following manual operation is needed: plastic feeding, product removing and frame movement.
- Automatic drive of vacuum. Fast vacuum forming because of high output of the vacuum pump.
- Self-contained machine. Operates without compressed air.
- It has two temperature-controlled heating zones. It can thermoform any male or female mold up to 50 millimeters deep.
- Mold cooling is not needed because the oven does not irradiate heat over mold with transparent films.
- Aluminum oven that avoids corrosion when PVC is used.
