TC-2C

The TC-2C is an automatic continous roll-fed thermoforming machine.Thermoforming and perimetral cutting is done in the first press and perforation in the second one. After hole punching, the parts are stacked.

General Features
- Operates with plastic rolls. It has an automatic roll unwinder.
- Continuous and automatic cycle.
- The film transport is made by servo-motor. It has two pin chains with double link to transport the film all over the machine.
- Manual film width adjustment by means of centered spindles. Film stretching possibility in the transversal direction by adjustment of the distance between chains.
- The TC 2C has 4 column presses with a closing force of 250 kN generated by toggles.
- The TC-2C uses die rules again hardened steel to cut parts from scrap. This operation is performed in the thermoforming station. The part is maintained attached to scrap to be transported along the machine by very small cutting failures.
- The TC-2C uses matched punch type tool in perforation station.
- The TC-2C has a stacker. It can be built with the stack upside down over a conveyor belt, up to a tray, A-B type stacking to avoid one part sticking to another or robot type stackers that take parts out of the machine.
- Ovens made with infrared irradiation elements. standardized with easy maintenance. The ovens are built with stainless steel . They have design to absorve thermal dilations and built to save energy.
- Heating distribution by using several heating zones in the oven. Has 8 heating zones.Individual control of the temperature of each heating zone with PID.
- Plug assist equipped.
- High-flow pneumatic valves and air tanks to ensure fast movements of the press.
- Operates with compressed air to thermoform.
- Vacuum system made with high-pressure and flow vacuum pumps and large vacuum tanks.
- Compressed air to take out the thermoformed part from the mold.
- It rolls up the scrap for recycling.
- High performance and big capacity PLC. Has control of: heating zones, times. alarms, several configurations, part counters and many other parameters.Has parameter memories for more than 100 molds
- Touch screen human machine interface with 5.7".
