Plates and lids are other examples of products made by our machines. The material used in producing these disposable is usually PS of thickness from 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm. PET can also be used.

For these products we use the TC-C, which molds, cuts, stacks, counts and unloads the products.

For disposable plates we have a machine with maximum molding area of 650 mm x 500 mm that thermoforms, stacks die cuts and unloads counted groups of plates.

Some technologies in the production of these thermoformed parts are:
• Molding and cutting at the same station: the cutting matches the thermoforming with precision.
• Cutting done with graphic knives: lower cost of tooling than matched knives.
• Molding with positive pressure (pressure forming) that guarantees higher speed and greater definition of the thermoformed parts details.
